Hi, A day later on Christmas Eve the buyer contacted us saying that they never purchased the item along with 6 other things that amazon says the bought. I assume perhaps their kid pressed the checkout button. Nonetheless the item was already enroute so we could not cancel. I have explained that once they receive the item they can ship it back for a refund, but I do know shipping is expensive for this item as it is large and awkward. I am also concerned with my seller rating. This buyer is making it sound like we charged their credit card and shipped items that were never purchased.
